HSA Advocates is hiring an Associate – Dispute Resolution with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves working on high-stakes litigation and arbitration matters, collaborating with senior counsel, and contributing to a fast-paced and dynamic practice, with preference for immediate joiners.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation and arbitration matters.
• Draft legal documents and appear before courts and tribunals.
• Collaborate with senior counsel on high-stakes matters.
• Manage multiple matters within strict timelines.

Eligibility

• 3–4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong expertise in litigation and arbitration.
• Ability to demonstrate ownership and initiative.
• Experience in drafting, court and tribunal appearances, and managing multiple matters within tight timelines.

Salary/Stipend
