Details of the Job/Internship

Juris Corp is hiring an Associate – Dispute Resolution with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file pleadings before various courts and tribunals.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations and provide training and guidance on legal matters.
• Brief senior counsels and counsels.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of experience in NCLT, DRT, Commercial and Civil Courts.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB). A master's degree in Law (LLM) or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge in insolvency and corporate laws is a must.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
