Details of the Job/Internship
Kred-Jure is hiring an Associate in Dispute Resolution Practice with 1 + years of experience in Litigation /arbitration to work at its Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling filings before the Delhi High Court and District Courts.
- Conducting legal research using research databases.
- Drafting pleadings, applications, and case / research notes.
- Assisting in court proceedings.
- Using Adobe and other digital tools for document.
Eligibility
- Law graduate with 1+ years of litigation/arbitration experience.
- Well-versed with research databases, court procedures, and filings in Delhi courts.
- Strong research, and analytical skills (sound drafting skills are preferred but not expected).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
