The firm plays a key role in strategizing and overseeing high-stakes litigation and arbitrations across India.
Details of the Job/Internship
Lawmen & White (L&W) is hiring an Associate – Dispute Resolution with experience of 3+ years to join their office in Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site position with two vacancies.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft written submissions, case notes, and legal opinions.
- Brief Senior Counsel and Partners.
- Appear before courts and appellate forums.
- Develop and implement litigation strategies.
- Monitor and coordinate pan-India litigation activities.
- Liaise with clients.
- Independently handle assigned matters.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong command over practice and procedure, including filing.
- Sound understanding of litigation strategy.
- Ability to work across diverse areas of law.
- Confidence to express independent views.
- Preference for substantial experience in criminal law, commercial litigation, and arbitration.
- Delhi-based candidates preferred, though applications from across India are welcome.
