Details of the Job/Internship

Mimansa Law Offices is hiring an Associate with 3 years of experience to join their Dispute Resolution team in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and related litigation documents.
• Prepare cases, conduct legal research, and manage matter timelines.
• Appear before District Courts, the Delhi High Court, and arbitral tribunals.
• Assist in hearings, filings, and case strategy discussions.
• Handle matters independently and coordinate closely with the lead counsel.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years PQE in litigation and arbitration.
• Prior drafting experience.
• Previous appearances before the Delhi High Court, Delhi District Courts, and arbitral tribunals.
• Ability to share drafting samples and order sheets demonstrating courtroom assistance.

Salary/Stipend

₹40,000 per month.
