Details of the Job/Internship

LiveLaw is hiring two Associate Editors for Corporate Legal with 3 years of experience to join their remote team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and curate coverage of corporate legal developments, company law, securities, mergers & acquisitions, IBC, and tax.
• Supervise and edit reports for accuracy and editorial quality.
• Coordinate with contributors, legal correspondents, and reporters.
• Develop insightful stories that impact the corporate legal ecosystem.
• Drive editorial direction for business and corporate legal news.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) mandatory; journalism qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate/financial/business reporting and editorial roles.
• Prior experience in editorial management or legal reporting preferred.
• Strong understanding of corporate law and regulatory bodies (SEBI, RBI, MCA, NCLT/NCLAT).
