Details of the Job/Internship
Anand and Anand is hiring an Associate for its Litigation team with 3–7 years of experience and a background in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in and handle litigation matters including commercial and IP disputes.
- Analyze technical documents related to electronics, telecom, semiconductors, and communication technologies.
- Prepare pleadings, written submissions, evidence, and cross-examination briefs.
- Collaborate with technical experts to build legal strategies.
- Conduct legal and technical research.
- Participate in hearings, client meetings, and strategy discussions.
- Manage documentation, filings, and timelines.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies such as 4G/5G/6G, IoT, semiconductors, and AI systems.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (mandatory).
- LL.B. with enrolment in a State Bar Council.
- 3–7 years of experience in litigation or IP litigation.
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and evidence handling.
- Ability to interpret technical concepts and convert them into legal arguments.
- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
