Details of the Job/Internship
Khaitan & Co. Is hiring an Associate-Energy, Infrastructure and Resources with experience of 3 to 4 years to join their office Mumbai.
Eligibility
- Work Experience in Infrastructure space.
- Work Experience in M&A space.
- Exhibit strong practice skills including (a) oral and written advocacy; (b) contract drafting; (c) analysing and communicating technical matters.
- Efficiently manage timelines of assignments and are a multi-tasker able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
