Details of the Job/Internship
Centrik Group is hiring experienced Law Practitioners with 1–5 years of experience to join its expanding legal practice.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle the CIRP process, including IBC compliances, communications, and litigation advisory.
- Manage matters related to liquidation processes.
- Draft pleadings, present arguments, and appear before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, and the Supreme Court.
- Conduct legal analysis, legal research, content writing, and preparation of research papers.
- Draft notices, submissions, and filings before courts and authorities.
- Undertake drafting, research, and development within assigned projects.
- Identify innovative solutions in relevant legal matters.
Eligibility
- Law graduate with 1–5 years of experience in drafting, arguments, and court appearances.
- CS, LLB, LLM, or candidates from related fields preferred.
- Excellent drafting skills in complaints, replies, consumer matters, legal notices, contracts, agreements, and lease deeds.
- Ability to coordinate with internal and external lawyers and attorneys across India.
- Experience in liaising with clients on various legal matters.
Salary/Stipend
