Details of the Job/Internship

Centrik Group is hiring a Law Practitioner with 2–5 years of experience to join their offices in GK-1, New Delhi or Sector-62, Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle the CIRP process, including IBC compliances, communication, and litigation advisory.
• Assist in handling the liquidation process.
• Draft legal documents, submissions, notices, and research materials.
• Appear and present arguments before NCLT, NCLAT, High Court, and Supreme Court.
• Conduct legal analysis, research, and preparation of research papers.
• Draft notices, submissions, and documents for appearances before courts and authorities.
• Undertake drafting and research and development work for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external lawyers representing clients across India.
• Liaise with the firm’s clients on various legal matters.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with 2–5 years of experience in drafting, appearances, and arguments before courts.
• Candidates with CS / LL.B. / LL.M. qualifications will be preferred.
• Excellent command over drafting complaints, replies to complaints, consumer matters, legal notices, contracts, agreements, and lease deeds.
• Ability to coordinate with lawyers and attorneys and provide inputs on legal matters.
• Capability to work with innovation and provide solutions in legal matters.

Salary/Stipend
