Details of the Job/Internship
Centrik Group is hiring experienced law practitioners with 1–5 years of experience to handle IBC, liquidation, litigation, and corporate matters. The role involves drafting legal documents, appearing before various courts, conducting legal research, and providing advisory support to clients.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle CIRP processes including IBC compliance, communication, litigation, and advisory support.
- Manage liquidation processes and associated legal documentation.
- Draft notices, submissions, complaints, contracts, agreements, and lease deeds.
- Appear and argue before NCLT, NCLAT, High Court, and Supreme Court.
- Conduct legal research, analysis, content writing, and R&D within projects.
- Coordinate with internal and external lawyers and attorneys across India.
- Liaise with clients to provide timely legal support and updates.
- Innovate and develop practical solutions for legal matters.
Eligibility
- Law graduate (LLB) with up to 1–5 years of experience in drafting, litigation, and court appearances.
- Strong knowledge of IBC, consumer matters, contracts, and corporate agreements.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- CS/LLB/LLM qualifications preferred.
