Details of the Job/Internship

LawSikho is hiring a proactive and empathetic Student Success Coach to join their team on a full-time basis.

Role and Responsibilities

• The role involves conducting 250–300 minutes of daily calls, engaging with students through check-ins, follow-ups, and session bookings.
• Responsibilities include onboarding students, guiding them through platform features, and setting learning objectives.
• The Student Success Coach will monitor student performance through weekly follow-up calls, address academic or emotional performance gaps, and assist students in achieving freelancing goals.
• The role also includes coaching on motivation, confidence, and time management, reducing dropouts through early interventions, resolving student concerns, and collaborating with internal teams while maintaining documentation and reporting.

Eligibility

• Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in psychology, English, or a related field.
• One to three years of experience in student-facing roles, counseling, or educational support is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a student-first mindset are necessary.
• Candidates should be comfortable working with learning platforms and calling software.
• Empathetic listening skills with the ability to motivate and guide learners are required.
• Prior experience in academic counseling, exposure to behavioral coaching or time management techniques, and fluency in English and one or more Indian regional languages are preferred.
