Details of the Job/Internship
Lex IP Care LLP is hiring an Associate-Foreign Patent to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities
- Assembling the paperwork required for filing foreign patent applications preparing formal documents and coordinating with the associates.
- Updating client database responding quickly to all the clients’ needs and replying to related emails.
- Assembling the paperwork required for Patent application filing and renewals and coordinating with foreign associates.
- Generating docket reports, and reporting IP docketing to senior IP professionals while acting on their advice.
- Preparing invoices and keeping track of the time that can be billed to clients.
- Assisting with client meeting scheduling and keeping track of important dates and approaching deadlines.
- Maintaining a positive working relationship with the client associate and Staff by updating presentations, reports, and templates.
Eligibility
- B.A/ B.Com ( LLB/LLM candidates please don't apply)
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Proper attention to detail and organization skills.
- Good coordination and time management skills.
- Proper research and time management abilities to keep track of due dates.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Prompt communication and updated record-keeping skills.
