Details of the Job/Internship
Bridge Counsels is hiring an Associate – Corporate & Commercial with 2–3 years of PQE to join their Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support corporate governance and structuring for startups and MSMEs.
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, and monitoring.
- Handle commercial contracting, including SaaS, vendor, and enterprise agreements.
- Assist in startup funding transactions, including term sheets and shareholder agreements.
- Develop AI governance frameworks and support responsible technology use.
- Advise on data protection and privacy compliance, including DPDP Act frameworks.
- Provide IPR advisory, including ownership structuring, licensing, and assignments.
- Build compliance and governance systems within business processes.
- Support the Fractional General Counsel model across multiple clients.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognised university.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- 2–3 years of PQE in corporate and commercial advisory.
- Experience in contract management and commercial contracting.
- Exposure to startup funding, SaaS, or technology ecosystem.
- Knowledge of data protection, privacy laws, and IPR.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
