Foresight Law Offices India is hiring Associates – General & Commercial Litigation with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi. The role involves handling a diverse portfolio of commercial and civil disputes across various forums.
Role and Responsibilities
- Appear before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, and quasi-judicial bodies.
- Draft pleadings, applications, replies, and legal opinions.
- Handle writs, service matters, and contractual disputes.
- Assist in trial preparation, evidence, and case strategy.
- Conduct legal research and client briefings.
- Manage filings and coordination with court staff and counsels.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of litigation experience across High Courts, Tribunals, and trial courts.
- Prior exposure to commercial disputes, service law, or corporate litigation.
- Proficiency in drafting and court appearances.
- Strong communication and research skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work in a collaborative environment.
