Peritum Partners is hiring an Associate with 1–2 years of PQE to join its General Corporate and Advisory Team at the Chennai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and redline commercial contracts.
• Conduct legal research on corporate matters.
• Draft advisory notes and opinions.

Eligibility

1–2 years of post-qualification experience in general corporate and advisory work.
