Details of the Job/Internship
Lexapar is hiring an Associate – General Corporate & Contracts with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work on general corporate matters and commercial contracting assignments.
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and related legal documentation.
- Support businesses in managing contracts and legal workflows.
- Use legal technology tools and provide structured feedback to improve AI-driven processes.
- Contribute to data-backed and process-driven legal workflows within the organization.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in general corporate and commercial contracts.
- Prior law firm experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of contract law fundamentals, drafting, and negotiation.
- Interest in AI, legal technology, and process-driven legal practice.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment on-site in Mumbai.
