Details of the Job/Internship
King Stubb & Kasiva is hiring an Associate – General Corporate & M&A with experience of 3–4 years to join their office in New Delhi. The role involves handling corporate advisory, due diligence, and transactional matters, including contract drafting, transaction advisory, and management of complex commercial deals. The position offers an opportunity to work on cross-sector transactions while managing client deliverables, timelines, and coordination with stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead transactional workstreams end-to-end including drafting, negotiation, and closing of SPAs, SHAs, JV agreements, and investment documents.
- Conduct legal due diligence, risk analysis, research, and deal structuring for M&A and PE mandates.
- Provide corporate advisory on Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, FDI, governance, and regulatory matters.
- Manage client relationships, deliverables, timelines, and coordination with regulators, co-counsel, and stakeholders.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a reputed law school.
- 3–4 years PQE exclusively in corporate/M&A at a law firm.
- Strong command over contract drafting, negotiation, and execution.
- Deep knowledge of corporate and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills, commercial acumen, and ability to manage multiple deals independently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
