Details of the Job/Internship

Kamti & Associates is hiring a Corporate Law Associate with 2+ years of experience to support their General Corporate Team at South Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence for corporate transactions, including M&A.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and corporate documents.
• Advise on regulatory compliance and governance matters.
• Liaise with clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior counsel on structuring and negotiating deals.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with 2+ years of experience in corporate law and due diligence.
• Strong legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
• Ability to manage work independently and in team settings.
• Excellent client handling and communication skills.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
