They have a strong General Corporate and Arbitral practice. They are present in the Power and Natural Gas sectors where their arbitration practice stems from. In addition, they have a strong economic offense practice. They appear before the NCLT and NCLAT regularly.
Details of the Job/Internship
They are looking for a Corporate Law Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience in corporate law, contract drafting, due diligence, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a keen understanding of commercial transactions and the ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment. It could also include brief court and tribunal appearances.

Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and transaction documents.
- Conducting legal due diligence and assisting in M&A and private equity transactions.
- Advising clients on regulatory and corporate governance matters.
- Researching and analyzing laws, regulations, and case laws relevant to corporate transactions.
- Liaising with regulatory authorities and assisting in compliance filings.
- Appearances in courts and tribunals on a need basis.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a university of repute.
- At least 4 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, or transactional law (law firm experience preferred).
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and research skills.
- Ability to handle multiple transactions and work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, and insolvency laws.
