Dhaval Vussonji & Associates is hiring an Associate – General Corporate with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle general corporate transactions and advisory.
- Draft and review documents.
- Ensure compliance and manage stakeholder communications.
- Manage corporate structuring, secretarial work, and regulatory filings.
Eligibility
- LL.B. and Company Secretary (CS) qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in general corporate transactions and advisory.
- Prior law firm experience preferred.
- Strong drafting, compliance, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in corporate structuring, secretarial matters, and regulatory filings.
- Ability to work independently and manage client communications effectively.
