Dhaval Vussonji & Associates is hiring an Associate – General Corporate with 4+ years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle general corporate transactions and advisory.
- Draft legal documents and ensure compliance.
- Manage stakeholder communications.
- Work on corporate structuring, secretarial matters, and regulatory filings.
- Independently manage client interactions.
Eligibility
- LL.B. + Company Secretary (CS).
- 4+ years of experience in general corporate transactions and advisory.
- Strong drafting, compliance, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in corporate structuring, secretarial matters, and regulatory filings.
- Ability to work independently and manage client communications effectively.
- Prior law firm experience is mandatory.
