Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring an Associate – General Corporate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in general corporate and transactional matters.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and financing deals.
• Work on investments, acquisitions, and divestments.
• Assist in project structuring and transaction execution.
• Conduct legal research and draft transaction documents.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in general corporate law.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Interest in corporate and transactional law.

Salary/Stipend
