Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in corporate, M&A, private equity, and financing transactions.
- Work on investments, acquisitions, divestments, and project structuring.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft transaction documents and support deal execution.
- Assist teams in advisory and transactional matters.
Eligibility
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
