Details of the Job/Internship
JSA is hiring an Associate – General Corporate with experience of 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in General Corporate to join their office in Mumbai. The firm is seeking talented and motivated lawyers at the A2/A3 level with relevant experience in General Corporate. Candidates with a CS + LLB qualification will be preferred. Prior experience with Tier-1 or Tier-2 law firms is desirable. The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client management skills. Exposure to employment law will be considered an added advantage.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle matters relating to General Corporate practice.
- Undertake drafting, negotiation, and advisory work.
- Manage client interactions and provide analytical support on assignments.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in General Corporate.
- CS + LLB qualification will be preferred.
- Prior experience with Tier-1 or Tier-2 law firms is desirable.
