Details of the Job/Internship

Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring an Associate-General Corporate with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join their office in New Delhi. The role involves legal drafting, research, and advisory work on corporate and regulatory matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal opinions on matters related to the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, labour laws, and other regulations.
• Conduct legal due diligence and prepare red flag reports.
• Draft and review various agreements, including share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, shareholder agreements, business and asset transfer agreements, joint venture agreements, employment contracts, consultant contracts, distributorship agreements, and NDAs.
• Carry out comprehensive legal research and analysis.

Eligibility

• Law graduate.
• Additional desirable qualification: Company Secretary.
• 1–2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
