Details of the Job/Internship

White & Brief – Advocates and Solicitors is hiring an Associate – General Corporate (Non-Litigation) with 3–4 years of PQE to join its Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on non-litigation corporate and commercial matters.
• Conduct and prepare corporate and property/title due diligence reports.
• Assist in structuring real estate transactions, including RERA compliance and registration processes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional and commercial documentation.
• Support transaction structuring and execution.
• Identify legal and transactional risks in corporate deals.

Eligibility

• 3–4 years PQE with experience in corporate and real estate transactions.
• Strong drafting and documentation skills.
• Experience in legal due diligence and risk assessment.
• Sound understanding of corporate and commercial transactions.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.

Salary/Stipend
