Details of the Job/Internship
Elevation Capital is hiring an Associate General Counsel with 3–8 years of experience to join their team in a remote, full-time capacity.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements including NDAs and consulting agreements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business operations and initiatives.
- Assist in managing disputes and litigation, including coordination with external counsel.
- Provide guidance on employment-related matters and compliance.
- Develop workflows, templates, and policies to improve legal processes.
- Support internal investigations and sensitive matters.
- Communicate legal advice to executive management.
- Stay updated on legal developments and trends.
Eligibility
- 3–8 years of experience as a licensed attorney.
- Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor degree from a U.S. or Canadian accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in a U.S. or Canadian jurisdiction.
- Experience in commercial, litigation, or employment law.
- Strong communication, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
