Details of the Job/Internship
Sinotech Marine is hiring an Associate Lawyer to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on matters related to the maritime industry.
- Draft and review agreements and manage contractual documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
- Assist in dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation processes.
- Liaise with external stakeholders and support internal teams on legal matters.
- Manage contracts and maintain proper legal documentation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B. or LL.M.).
- Strong expertise in drafting agreements, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in legal research and providing legal advice on regulatory matters.
- Experience in dispute resolution, arbitration, or litigation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Specialization in maritime law or prior experience in the shipping or maritime industry is an advantage.
