Details of the Job/Internship

Adani Airport Holdings Ltd. is hiring an Associate General Manager – Legal with 11+ years of experience to join its Airport Business Unit in Ahmedabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide proactive legal advice to the Airport Business Unit.
• Advise on legal issues under applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate legal and contractual risks in vendor and third-party agreements.
• Monitor regulatory and statutory developments and suggest action plans.
• Draft, review, vet, and negotiate customer and commercial contracts.
• Conduct legal due diligence for transactions and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage customer contracts through legal correspondence and communication.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, stock exchange rules, and Adani Group policies.
• Support subsidiaries with general legal matters as required.
• Highlight statutory disclosures from a legal perspective.
• Provide legal support to retail, commercial, and operational teams.
• Assess legal risks related to business operations, workforce, and unions.
• Monitor and enforce contracts and lead litigation in coordination with internal teams.
• Manage litigation, disputes, and briefing of external counsel.
• Interface with advocates, solicitors, customers, and business partners.
• Resolve long-pending cases and negotiate out-of-court settlements.
• Evaluate the impact of evolving laws on current and proposed investments.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• Minimum 11 years of relevant legal experience.
