Details of the Job/Internship
LexOrbis is hiring an Associate – General / IP Litigation with 3–5 years of experience to join its Mumbai office. The role involves advising clients on commercial and regulatory matters, handling general and IP litigation, and supporting corporate legal operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on commercial and regulatory matters.
- Handle general, commercial, and intellectual property litigation.
- Draft and review agreements and legal documents.
- Support day-to-day legal operations for corporates, public sector undertakings, and institutions.
- Provide advisory support on labour and employment law matters.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a reputed law school or university.
- Registered with the Maharashtra Bar Council with Sanad to file cases before the Bombay High Court and City Civil Court.
- 3–5 years of experience in general and IP litigation, dispute resolution, and corporate and commercial laws.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
- Willingness to travel, relocate, or work on-site for client engagements.
