Details of the Job/Internship

Legalfoxes Advocates & Consultants is hiring an Associate – High Court with prior relevant experience to join their litigation team.

Role and Responsibilities

•  Draft and file petitions specifically for the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
• Manage case proceedings while ensuring strict adherence to High Court procedures.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to support complex litigation strategies.
• Coordinate with the senior litigation team to expand the firm's High Court practice.

Eligibility

• Prior experience in High Court litigation is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in drafting and filing various petitions.
• In-depth familiarity with Punjab and Haryana High Court procedural rules.
• Excellent analytical and legal research abilities

Salary/Stipend
