Details of the Job/Internship
Economic Laws Practice is hiring an Associate for the Hospitality Team with experience of 2 to 5 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on hospitality-related legal matters, including hotel management agreements, franchise agreements, and licensing agreements.
- Negotiate and draft contracts, including hotel development agreements, operating agreements, and financing agreements.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on hospitality-related issues, including dispute resolution, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct due diligence on hospitality-related transactions, including hotel acquisitions and financings.
- Collaborate with other lawyers and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
Eligibility
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a lawyer, with a focus on hospitality law.
- Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations related to the hospitality industry.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
