Kings & Alliance LLP is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with experience of 2+ years to join their Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- The role involves day-to-day tasks related to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters and Company Act compliance.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM degree from a recognized institution.
- 2+ years of experience in handling IBC & Companies Act matters.
- Comprehensive Knowledge of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and Company Act.
- Experience in corporate litigation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Legal research and writing abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
