Kings & Alliance LLP is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with experience of 2+ years to join their Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

The role involves day-to-day tasks related to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters and Company Act compliance.

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM degree from a recognized institution.
• 2+ years of experience in handling IBC & Companies Act matters.
• Comprehensive Knowledge of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and Company Act.
• Experience in corporate litigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Legal research and writing abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary/Stipend
