Raguel Law, a reputable law firm specializing in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), seeks a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Associate in IPR Litigation and Prosecution. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of professional working experience in IPR.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on various aspects of Intellectual Property Rights.
- Draft notices of oppositions, counter-statements, and other relevant legal documents.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of evidence for hearings.
- Assisting Draft plants and other court-related documents.
- Appear in court on behalf of clients.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.
- 0 to 1 year of professional working experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Specialization in Intellectual Property Rights will be considered an added advantage.
