UnitedLex India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Associate with 0–1 years of experience to join their Gurgaon office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and maintain strong, trust-based relationships.
- Ensure compliance with client contracts and deliver committed performance metrics.
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts including SaaS agreements, MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate contractual risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with client legal teams to resolve issues and develop negotiation strategies.
- Track workloads and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
Eligibility
- Graduate or postgraduate in Law.
- 0–1 years of experience.
- Knowledge of commercial and IT contracting, including SaaS, software licensing, procurement, and reselling.
- Strong legal drafting, redlining, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively.
- Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally when required.
