Details of the Job/Internship

Economic Laws Practice (ELP) is hiring an Associate – Indirect Tax Litigation & Advisory with experience of 2–4 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle Indirect Tax Law engagements including drafting replies, appeals, writ petitions, and briefing counsels.
• Provide tax advisory and consulting.
• Create and disseminate updates on legal and regulatory trends.
• Conduct research for theoretical understanding of applicable laws and acts.

Eligibility

• CA / LLB.
• Minimum 2–4 years of work experience in Tax Litigation.
• Good analytical skills with ability to research on Indirect Tax / GST databases.
• Knowledge of case laws and legal framework.
• Good drafting skills and command over English.
• Ability to understand regulatory updates and communicate impact.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Teamwork, process orientation, and client-centric approach.

Salary/Stipend
