Details of the Job/Internship

Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan Attorneys is hiring an Associate in Indirect Tax Litigation with 1–3 years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist clients during enquiries, investigations and audits.
• Prepare replies to show-cause notices and audit communications.
• Attend hearings and meet tax officers as required.
• Draft tax appeals for filing before Joint Commissioner (Appeals).
• Draft tax appeals for filing before Tribunal, High Court or Supreme Court.
• Assist seniors in representations before judicial forums.
• Conduct comprehensive research on various topics.

Eligibility

• Qualified CA or LLB.
• 1–3 years of experience in indirect tax (GST, Customs, etc.).

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
