SM Legal Advocates & Solicitors is hiring an Associate - Indirect Taxation with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle indirect tax litigation matters.
- Draft legal documents including appeals, replies, and writ petitions.
- Assist in hearings before High Court, Tribunals, Appellate and adjudicating authorities.
- Provide strategic advisory services to clients.
Eligibility
- Law degree (mandatory).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Superior analytical and communication skills.
- Dedication to excellence in indirect taxation.
- Professionals preferably based in Kolkata.
