The firm has successfully handled numerous assignments under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016, demonstrating deep expertise in asset resolution and financial turnaround strategies.
Details of the Job/Internship
Navneet & Company is hiring Associates with 1 year of experience in insolvency and bankruptcy law to join their Chandigarh office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting legal documents, petitions, and reports for submission before the NCLT.
- Prepare agendas and minutes for creditors’ meetings.
- Report to regulatory bodies and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Draft applications, replies, and manage daily communications.
- Support the Insolvency Professional during CIRP and liquidation proceedings.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, or qualification/semi-qualification as Company Secretary, Chartered Accountant, or Cost & Management Accountant.
- Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in CIRP or liquidation under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and MS Office.
- Strong integrity, confidence, and willingness to learn.
