Details of the Job/Internship
Chambers of Aditya Mahadevia is hiring an Associate – IP Attorney with 0–2 years of experience to join their Ahmedabad practice.
Role and Responsibilities
- Execute all types of IP filings and manage the end-to-end prosecution process for trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
- Prepare and draft pleadings for IP oppositions, disputes, and enforcement actions.
- Conduct exhaustive legal research and prepare internal strategy notes for senior counsel.
- Draft specialized legal articles, reports, and updates on evolving IP regulations.
- Review and prepare legal documents and maintain professional client communications.
- Coordinate directly with clients to ensure the smooth execution of IP assignments.
- Manage statutory deadlines, maintenance records, and comprehensive case documentation.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized legal institution.
- 0–2 years of experience in trademarks, patents, and copyright (Freshers with strong internships are encouraged).
- Strong foundational understanding of the Trademark Act, Copyright Act, Design Act, and Patent laws.
- Solid drafting, research, and analytical capabilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator.
- Ability to work effectively in a growing litigation and advisory practice.
