Details of the Job/Internship
MY LEGAL PARTNERS (MLP) is hiring an Associate – IP Litigation with experience of 1–3 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft essential legal documents including plaints, applications, written statements, and replies.
- Prepare formal oppositions and legal submissions related to Intellectual Property disputes.
- Ensure strict adherence to procedural compliances and court-mandated deadlines.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
- Assist senior partners during court hearings and judicial proceedings.
- Facilitate client interactions and provide regular updates on case progress.
- Manage and review case files to ensure all documentation is accurate and organized.
- Handle various court compliances and administrative filings necessary for litigation.
Eligibility
- Completed LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- 1–3 years of experience specifically in Intellectual Property (IP) litigation.
- Strong skills in legal drafting and analytical research.
- Proven ability to handle procedural compliances and court appearances.
- Proficiency in legal research databases and MS Office.
- Candidates living within a reasonable distance (8–10 KM) are encouraged to apply.
