Details of the Job/Internship
MVS Legal (Advocates & IPR Attorneys) is looking for an Associate with a minimum experience of 6 months in IP Litigation & Prosecution.
Role and Responsibilities
- To assist in drafting various pleadings of IP cases before various Courts.
- Making regular appearances before various District & High Courts.
- To assist in the filing of Trademark, design, and copyright applications, respond to office action/correspondences and attend hearings at IP offices, handle proceedings like oppositions, rectifications, etc.
- Conducting legal research and preparing brief notes, arguments, etc.
Eligibility
- Minimum 06 months of PQE in IP litigation and Prosecution work.
- Excellent research, drafting and communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Salary/Stipend
Negotiable as per qualification and experience.
