Details of the Job/Internship
Mason & Associates Advocates is hiring an Associate with 2 years of PQE to join its IP Litigation team. The role involves handling Intellectual Property and IT litigation, drafting legal documents, and appearing in courts across India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle Intellectual Property (IP) and Information Technology (IT) litigation matters.
- Appear in various courts across India.
- Assist in drafting legal documents and client management.
- Conduct legal research and provide analytical insights.
- Maintain attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
Eligibility
- Qualified to practice law in India (2 years PQE).
- Prior work experience with law firms or legal practitioners in IP & IT litigation.
- Sound knowledge of both substantive and procedural law.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Long-term commitment to the role.
