Details of the Job/Internship

MVS LEGAL is hiring an Associate – IPR Litigation with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in C.R. Park, New Delhi. The role involves handling IP prosecution and litigation matters independently, attending hearings, and managing client-related IP issues.

Role and Responsibilities

• File trademark, design, and copyright applications and respond to office actions.
• Attend hearings at IP offices and handle contested proceedings such as oppositions and rectifications.
• Handle prosecution and litigation independently.
• Appear in various courts for IP matters.
• Conduct legal research and provide analytical support.
• Manage client communications and documentation.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of experience in IPR litigation and prosecution.
• Sound knowledge of substantive and procedural IP laws.
• Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Strong client management abilities.

Salary/Stipend
