Details of the Job/Internship
Kunal Khanna & Co. is hiring an Associate–IP Prosecution with experience of 0 to 2 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and filing trademark, copyright, and design applications.
- Preparing and handling opposition filings, cancellation petitions, counter-statements, evidence, and responses to office actions.
- Managing IP filings, tracking deadlines, and ensuring compliance with procedural requirements.
- Conducting legal research on intellectual property laws, case laws, and judgments.
- Assisting in hearings before the Trade Marks Registry, Copyright Office, and other relevant forums.
Eligibility
- Post-Qualification Experience (PQE): 0-2 Years.
- Qualification: LL.B., preferably enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council.
