Role and Responsibilities
- Handle matters related to IP prosecution, litigation, and dispute resolution.
- Draft, file, and manage IP-related applications and proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case documentation.
- Represent clients before courts and tribunals as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure effective case management.
Eligibility
Minimum 5 years PQE with experience in both prosecution and litigation.
