TMGURU LLP is a leading IPR boutique firm. Their team of experienced trademark attorneys provides comprehensive trademark, copyright, and branding services, including search, registration, monitoring, and protection services.
Details of the Job/Internship
TMGURU LLP is hiring an Associate – IPR Prosecution with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct public searches and prepare comprehensive reports and opinions.
- Draft and file trademark applications and examination replies.
- Handle oppositions, counterstatements, rectifications, and evidences.
- Draft and file written submissions post show cause hearings.
- Maintain and update the office's trademark list.
- Commute to the Trademark Registry in Dwarka, Delhi as required.
- Email clients regarding their application status.
- Assist with drafting legal notices, suits, and attending hearings before District Courts, High Court, and NCLT.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a recognized university.
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in IPR prosecution preferred.
- Freshers with internships in IPR may also apply.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
- Strong command of English.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
