Details of the Job/Internship

My Legal Partners (MLP) is hiring an Associate (IPR) with 1–2 years of experience to join its office in West Delhi (nearest metro: Ramesh Nagar/Rajouri Garden/Kirti Nagar). The role offers an opportunity for motivated lawyers to grow within the firm and build a long-term career in Intellectual Property Law.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct trademark searches and provide legal opinions.
• Manage and maintain IP filing, renewals, and prosecution of trademark applications.
• Prepare and update client trademark portfolios.
• Handle client queries on IP practices in India and draft legal opinions.
• Prepare notices of opposition, counter-statements, rectifications, and rejoinders.
• Attend show cause hearings at the Trademark Registry.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course).
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in Intellectual Property Law.
• Candidate must reside within 8–10 km of the MLP office.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
